Five steps from a quick price range to a bathroom you can use, with a clear plan and a fixed price along the way.

Price range

Answer a few questions online and get a price band for your bathroom in about two minutes. It is a guide, not a quote, so you know roughly where you stand before anyone visits.

Design visit

We come to your home, free of charge, to measure up and talk through what you want. You see samples, we sketch out the layout, and you get a feel for how the room will work.

Fixed price after survey

After the survey you get a written, fixed price for the job. If anything would change that price, we tell you before you commit. If the price changes later, you can walk away with your deposit back.

Fitted in around a week

Our own team fits your bathroom, not subcontractors. Most bathrooms take around a week on site, with a clear day-by-day plan so you always know what is happening.

Signed off and guaranteed

We finish with a final clean and a handover, and you get a 2-year workmanship guarantee backed by insurance. Nothing leaves until you are happy with it.

Your week on site

A day-by-day plan.

Here is how a typical week looks. Every home is different, so your plan is confirmed after the survey.

Day 1

Protection and strip-out. We lay down dust sheets and protect your floors and hallways, then take out the old suite, tiles and fittings. Waste is carried by a licensed carrier.

Day 2

First-fix plumbing and electrics. We set the new pipe runs, wastes and electrical supply points for the shower, lighting and any powered fittings. Electrics are certified.

Day 3

Boarding and wall preparation. We board out the walls and floor, make good any areas opened up, and prepare surfaces for panels, tiles or flooring.

Days 4 to 5

Wall panels, flooring and fitting the suite. We fit the wall panels or tiles, lay the flooring, and install the suite, vanity, toilet, shower and fittings.

Day 6

Finishing, LED lighting, sealing and clean. We fit LED details, seal edges and joints, fix snagging items, and clean the room ready for handover.

Handover and sign-off

We walk you through the finished bathroom, check everything works, and hand over your guarantee paperwork. Nothing leaves until you are happy.

25% to book. You pay a deposit to secure your start date once you accept the fixed price.

25% after strip-out. The second stage is due once the old bathroom is out and the room is ready for first-fix.

50% on completion. The final balance is due when the bathroom is finished, cleaned and handed over to you.

You have a 14-day right to cancel after booking, in line with consumer protection rules. We will explain the details when you book.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How long does it take?

Most bathrooms take around a week on site. You get a day-by-day plan after the survey, and your exact start date is agreed with you.

Do I need to be home?

You do not need to be home every day, but you are welcome to be. We need access at the start and at key points such as first-fix and handover.

Can I use the toilet during the work?

You can use the toilet up to the point it is removed, and again once the new one is fitted. For most of the week the bathroom is out of use, so you may want to make other arrangements.

What if you find a problem?

If we find a hidden problem during the work, we stop and explain it before doing anything else. We price the extra work and you approve it in writing before we carry on. You never get a surprise on the final invoice.

Do I need a building warrant?

Most bathroom replacements do not need a building warrant, but some work does, such as moving a waste pipe or altering a structural wall. We will tell you if your job needs one.

How do payments work?

You pay in three stages: 25% to book the job, 25% once the old bathroom is stripped out, and 50% when the work is finished and you are happy. The price is fixed after the survey.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You have a 14-day right to cancel after booking, in line with consumer protection rules. We will explain the details when you book.
